● How can you
offer your service's so cheap?
Good question! A number of reason's really, we have been in the
industry for over 7 years, so we know where cost's can be safely
cut back, and how to work to a budget. We also have a great existing
infrastructure and long-term partnerships with all our provider's.
Our pricing may be low, but is sustainable.
● What do you mean by "cost's can be safely cut back"?
Well, our parent company WirralNet, has always prided itself on
providing high quality services and continues to do so. But our
premium and specialist brands offer many "optional" features which
push up the cost of the end product; removing these optional
features lead's to a reduction in cost's!
● What feature's have been cut back then?
Firstly, don't stress, nothing critical has been removed.
Basically, you are paying a budget price, and in return you will
receive a budget "no-frills" service. For instance, none of our services provide
backup's, instead client's should keep them locally. The uptime
guarantee is also reduced to 99.5% with no SLA.
● Surely at this price, support will be lame?
Quite the opposite actually; you use the same support system and
staff as our premium brand's. However, support with 9dollars is
"best effort". This mean's we will respond to and resolve problems
as fast as we can, in addition to this, priority is given to
customer's of our premium and specialist brands. |
