Who are we?
So you want to know a little bit about our
company history and background? No problem! 9dollars.us is an
exciting new brand launched by
WirralNet on
the 17th July 2010 - to provide budget web services to the US
market. The original concept for 9dollars.us came about during 2007,
when the founder of WirralNet, Matt Cullum, envisaged a brand that
could provide generous yet reliable web hosting, for simple yet
sustainable pricing. This led to the formation of the UK
5sterling.com brand, and 9dollars.us is modelled on that business
model.
As for WirralNet... well, WirralNet is a company based on the
Wirral Peninsula in the UK - call it Liverpool if you like. Established in
2002, WirralNet was the first UK based Shoutcast™ streaming server
provider. WirralNet now provides clients all over the world with
internet services including
shared hosting, reseller hosting, streaming media servers, virtual
private servers, dedicated web servers, domain names, SSL
certificates, web design and internet consultancy.
All WirralNet services follow one main rule; to represent great
value and affordability, alongside reliability and sustainability.
